Named for the late MUO's third president, the Richard D. Ruppert Health Center building was opened in 1988. The Ruppert Health Center contains many of the University Medical Centers' Ambulatory Services. This user-friendly facility has convenient parking for patients, laboratories, and offices for corporate services, as well as physician and academic offices.
The Ruppert Health Center is a unique building on the Health Science Campus as the exterior of the building is round. Separate entrances are maintained for each outpatient service allowing the patient privacy upon entering the clinic areas.
