University Health Services : Welcome to the University Health Services (UHS) Web site

University Health Services (UHS), on the Health Science Campus,  is a "walk-in" clinic. Employees and students are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis for vaccines and TB screening (PPD). Appointments are required for physicals, well women exams and travel consults.

All students with UT Student Health Insurance should first go to the UHS for treatment.

There is no charge for UHS services. Students may make unlimited office visits to UHS as needed. There is a charge for some immunizations, lab tests and radiology services.

Student Eligibility

UT graduate students, UT medical students and UT undergraduate students who have a valid student ID badge and whose general fees are paid to/received by UT are eligible for services at the UHS. Family members and BGSU students are not eligible for treatment at UHS.

Funding for SHS is derived from a portion of the general fees paid by students.

Note: Harbor Symmetry, UT Pharmacy, UT Dept. of Dentistry and UT Lab/Radiology Test benefits are only available to students enrolled as graduate or medical students at the University of Toledo.
