Students have access to mental health/counseling services. Services are confidential and no information or records are ever released without a patient's signed consent. The on-campus counseling site is located at UHS, Room 2410, Dowling Hall. Counselors will work with students on a wide variety of issues.
Symmetry provides Carrie Claypool, MA, L.L.C.P. on campus for services several hours each week. Check with SHS at (419) 383-5394 for her current schedule. Appointments are also available at off-campus sites.
Emergency mental health services from Symmetry are available 24 hours day/7days a week by calling (419) 475-5338 in Toledo, or 1-800-422-5338, from out of town. You will be asked some personal information.
