Residency Program - How to Apply
Applications for the Internal Medicine residency program at UT are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). A complete application to our program requires:
- Minimum USMLE score of 82, on first attempt
- Within 5 years of medical school graduation
- Dean's Letter and two letters of reference *
- Valid ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
- Transcripts
* If you are an International Medical Graduate (IMG) and do not have a Dean's letter, we will need 3 letters of reference.
